The place where it all began… Tony’s Mexican Restaurant in T or C!
Actually, the first time Shawn & I passed through TorC on tour in 2014 for a soak at Riverbend Hot Springs, the restaurant had not yet been passed down to Tony. It was Maria’s. The two of us loved our simple, delicious lunch, and couldn’t wait for the next time we rolled through town again. Little did we know that we would MOVE here & get to eat at Tony’s weekly (or a little more often than that)!
